I loved all the techy utilitywear in the Off-White SS18 show. And of course the genius Off-White Jenny Holzer collaboration, with poetry she had sourced printed strategically onto clothes and projected on the walls of the Pitti Palace. This W Magazine interview is a great read. (more…)

It’s been such a weird week this week. We’re still in post-election chaos and then the news of the West London tower block fire has shocked and horrified us all. I’ve lived in West London all my life so this is very close to home. But there were a few chinks of good news. I’m really happy to hear that Venetia Scott has been appointed Fashion Director of Vogue. (more…)

24 Sèvres is aiming to deliver the ultimate luxury ecommerce experience. The just-launched site from Le Bon Marché (owned by LVMH) will stock over 150 luxury brands including Louis Vuitton & Dior, plus special collaborations and exclusives. (more…)

What to buy from Arket: millennial pink jeans, recycled cashmere and a box of cookies

Arket new store opening Regent Street

OK, Arket hasn’t opened yet but first impressions are rather promising. It helps that the press day was meticulously merchandised, the catering was fantastic and the goody bag contained a useful duo of linen tea towel and ‘good’ olive oil.
