Buy it now: Linda Rodin beauty

Dum, dum, dum… Still a-tapping my fingers waiting for the Linda Rodin lipstick rollout*. Meanwhile, I thought I’d do a recap on some of her other cult products…

The face oils. The brand originated in 2007 with RODIN Olio Lusso face oil, her luxury elixir blend of essential oils with its distinctive jasmine and neroli scent. The latest addition is the just-launched, Lavender Absolute Face Oil (below) which sounds like utter heaven. Buy it at Olio Lusso.

I could be wrong, but I had the sneaking feeling that some of the 20-year-old bloggers at the Judy Blame X Jo Malone London breakfast were wondering, “who’s that funny fellow sat at the end of the table tangled up in ribbons and buttons?” I, on the other hand was a little too thrilled.

Judy Blame is of course, the brilliant jewellery-designer-slash-stylist-slash-80s-icon whose bricolage-luxe aesthetic has had wide reaching influence across the fashion-sphere. (more…)

1.OH MY DIOR!

My, what a week for Dior! The Cruise 2017 show was a mammoth feat of production (yes, I did follow the entire shebang via various influencers’ Snapchats), there’s a possible new designer announcement imminent (hint: Valentino’s Maria Grazia Chiuri – hope it’s true) and the four-floor Bond Street maison finally opened its doors.
