“I admire the way children paint. They are so spontaneous, and capture shapes, form and colour so beautifully. Artists are always trying to recapture this – if you put a Picasso next to child’s painting you can see similarities in the brush strokes. Adults take in too much but children pick up the essence of things. They make the best artists – they don’t overthink anything.”

I don’t think I have ever worn a double-breasted jacket in my life. They always just looked a bit too boxy (in the 80s) or trussed up (in the 90s). They were nowhere to be seen in the 2000s. But all of a sudden, you can’t move for them.
