On trial: makeup removers from Caudalie and Sensai

Best makeup removers Caudalie Make-Up Removing Cleansing Oil and Sensai Silky Purifying Cleasing Balm

In the last year I’ve become a bit of a cleansing fiend and I’ve accumulated quite a good cache of reliable cleansing balms, oils and creams. I still like to try new ones though, especially if they’re ones everyone’s raving about or I’m sent for review.

Retail round-up: The high street grows up

Jigsaw A-Line ss16

The new ‘A-Line’ concept is looking good; it’s creative, vibrant and bolder than you might expect from Jigsaw. The second collection – above and below, arriving imminently – feels fresh, with generously-proportioned tailoring and luxe shirting the obvious standouts. That new attitude is also being reflected in its stores, with a branch set to open in London’s St James’s, a stone’s throw in fact, from the soon-to-be-relocated Dover Street Market. (more…)
