The Coach 1941 pre-fall 2016 collection excels on coats and bags, entirely unsurprising when you consider the leather-based heritage of the brand. That sheepskin-lined bomber though! And the multi-colored scarf thingy! And I love these thick, roomy totes with their rustic colourways and nostalgic dinosaur bag charms – very covetable. (more…)

1. COACH 2.0 IS LOOKING GOOD
Coach’s luxury push is hard to ignore. Its ads are all over the tube, it has a prominent position in Selfridges menswear and it’s now opened a store in Paris. So far I’m a fan of this amped up iteration of Coach, although the store interior is looking very Burberry… (more…)

Picking up where Marc By Marc Jacobs left off (have they changed the name to MBMJ yet? My fingers are getting tired), Stuart Vevers has given the Coach girl a big dose of street-bred cred. I like this new incarnation. As well as the shaggy, shabby-chic coats and candy-hued leather minis, I’m very much in favour of the heavy side-swept fringes. (more…)
