The genius of Harper’s Bazaar’s fashion-music-supermodel sandwich




It’s a long time since I got this excited about a magazine cover but Harper’s Bazaar UK has done it for me. A few months ago, there was a flurry of excitement on Twitter as editor Lucy Yeomans dropped hints about a groundbreaking Harper’s cover shoot she had been on. How does trend forecasting work? (You can find out on Tuesday)



Heads up! If you’re at a loose end next Tuesday evening, I’ll be speaking on a panel hosted by Grazia’s Paula Reed discussing the role of trend forecasting and its impact on design. Also on the panel: Topman’s Gordon Richardson, designer Tim Soar, stylist Alexis Knox and Isham Sardouk from Stylesight.
