See this – Westwood: Punk, Icon, Activist

Vivienne Westwood documentary Lorna Tucker

“The most sustainable thing is to shut the company down – perhaps.”

Ooh I can’t wait to see ‘Westwood: Punk, Icon, Activist’, a new documentary that looks at the activist behind one of the world’s best known fashion designers. (more…)

Long Read interview: Joe Corré’s ideology on burning his £5 million punk archive

Joe Corre burns his £5 million punk archive of Sex Pistols and Seditionaries memorabilia

Today is the day Joe Corré’s £5 million punk archive goes up in flames. He’s protesting about Punk London, an official celebration of 40 years of punk. All with a veneer of grown up polish, naturally. (more…)

Quote of the day: Mark Moore

Mark Moore

“Jordan and Vivienne Westwood once took me for dinner after shutting the shop and we were walking up the King’s Road when a bunch of punks on the other side of the road were shouting “Vivienne you sell out!” Vivienne gobbed at them in reply and turned to us with a smile saying, “I’m still a punk!”
