The style in Tommy Ton’s Style.com fashion month round up was shoutier than ever but I preferred the simpler looks. Denim, tailoring, trench coats and trainers. The updates are in the mix and the unselfconscious attitude…
The new autumn issues are out and not only are we gifted doorstop sized Vogues, but also the free zines from the high street. I have a four-page story in H&M magazine on the silhouette that I believe will define this decade. That is, the new body conscious silhouette that’s the opposite of clingy WAG frocks and all about confident anti-fit shapes…
Also in this issue is a superb menswear story (called Le Cafe, shot by Daniel Riera) featuring chic fashion guys having their caffeine moment. (more…)
Coming to East London this Thursday for one night only is the exhibition, ‘Fabulousity: A night you’ll never forget…or remember!’. Showcasing the previously unseen photos of the 1990s New York Club Kids by Alexis Dibiasio (think Michael Alig et al), the exhibition will travel to Milan in late September for Fashion Week, followed by the US & Japan.
