Shop the post: Liberty’s ‘conscious beauty’ push

Liberty has launched its Conscious Beauty campaign this month, with the news that searches of ‘vegan beauty’ on Liberty‘s website are up 135% and sales for ‘conscious beauty’ products have increased by 43% year on year.

For the duration of the campaign, Liberty is housing a ‘Beauty Empties’ drop-off point in the store, where all packaging will be collected and recycled with TerraCycle. Spring is in the air, which means it’s time for the annual rose beauty roundup. I really like subtle rose fragrances in skincare and slightly stronger ones in my body oils and potions. There are studies that show rose oil can have numerous therapeutic effects, from analgesic to physiological; for me it’s definitely up there with lavender as a calming, comforting scent.
