Twinsets and pearls



I’ve blogged about twisted twinsets, now how about some punk pearls to go with? In particular, may I suggest Thakoon’s thorn-adorned pearls for Japanese jeweller Tasaki? The first Thakoon for Tasaki collection launched last spring, giving the luxury pearl brand a youthful, anti-trad edge. This season, ‘sharp thorns and elegant crosses represent dark sensuality and deep desire’ according to the press release. Very modern, very punk-luxe. And perfect with a Julien David for Pringle of Scotland twinset I’d say…

A nice take on the casual bracelets that I can’t resist right now… Vanessa Harrington’s typewriter key bracelet is just the right mix of understated and interesting and perfectly in keeping with my childish obsession with having my initial plastered on everything. There are also necklaces and earrings to match – you can buy them here.
