Wardrobe NYC – The denim edit (updated)
Wardobe.NYC released its latest ‘denim edit’ last month. I wrote about it here.
The USP of Wardrobe.NYC is a system of ‘packs’, aka capsule edits of four or eight classic pieces that you buy as a set. Until now. Matches is now selling the individual pieces, so you can buy the denim shirt-jacket, boxy blazer, slimline Levi’s and oversize trench here.
It’s interesting bcause it slightly overrides the unique element of Wardobe.NYC. Also, buying in packs is what makes the pieces affordable as they bypass the retailer mark-up. But for those who only want a shirt or a trench (they do look fab), they can do so on Matches.
