Gentlewoman style: Christian Dior pre-fall 2018
These looks from Christian Dior pre-fall 2018 are simply beautiful. Simple. And beautiful. The collection is inspired by gender-fluid 1920s surrealist Claude Cahun and I love how in tune it is with women’s lives; extremely wearable and adaptable. The trousers above look like the perfect weight and cut.
The logo shoppers have already been all over social media, seeded to editors, but I’m sure they’ll be in high demand. I’m also mad about the trench coats (obv), the metallic tailoring and the herringbone tie-neck dress.
The hair and make up is just perfect. I need a tutorial on those gentle Bambi smoky eyes…

Those looks are stunning. Inspiring me to dream about next fall when we’re still in the middle of fierce winter here in eastern Canada. And then there’s spring…and summer… . The fashion world calendar could make me wish my life away:)
