Perfect pairing: Birkenstocks and chunky socks
Warning! I’m about to go through a hippie phase. I’ve got the meditation app, I’m desperate for a poncho (but this Pendleton blanket will do for now) and I’m besotted with these shearling-lined Birkenstocks.
Never wanted Birkies before, now can’t think of anything else. Not with minging bare feet and hairy toes mind, only with complementary chunky socks. This pic (above) of the Birkenstock Arizona stalked me on Instagram all winter but every time I was ready to pull the trigger, they were sold out. (You can find them here and here* though.)
And I’ve just seen the AW19 collection and there are more of the same to come next season. I love all these warm rustic colours – giving a new meaning to camel toe, lol…

Thank you for this post!!! I love the brown ones that have light fur on the bottom but none of the straps. Do you know where I can find those? Please and thanks!
