Into this: Waste Yarn Project

Waste Yarn Project

Discovered via an Instagram ad, Waste Yarn Project takes discarded yarns from knitwear factories and knits them into one-of-a-kind sweaters. Why I like them: the oddball colour combos, the colour blocking, the utilitarian silhouettes. They’re pretty pricy but made for keeps. I especially like the boxy ‘Laerke’ design – see more here.
