I’m not a big fan of the word ‘content’. Too often it signifies churned out ‘filler’ that brands use because they feel they need ‘something’ on their endless marketing channels. (Which they do, but it could be much more meaningful than the same content we see everywhere.) Hopefully Ezra Petronio will help change that with his Self Service spin off, Content Matters.
