My normcore style icon Larry David actually talks a lot of fashion sense, alongside kvetching about optimum coffee temperatures (a bugbear of mine) and playing urinal roulette in this brilliant GQ piece by Brett Martin. My theory is that writers make the best interviewees because they know what the other writer is looking for.
