Buy it now: sale knits
Following on from yesterday’s post, there’s a raft of good, knitty sale buys out there. I know our winter has been pretty mild but still, I’m all about an exciting sweater as they’re the things I wear most and there’s only so much navy merino I can take. I couldn’t get enthused about AW11’s novelty sweater invasion but these I think are just jazzy enough, no?
TOP: Stella McCartney green mix sweater, £371 (£530); Vanessa Bruno mohair sweater, £120, (£200); Pringle patterned sweater, £209 (£298.57)
MIDDLE: Balenciaga red zig zag sweater, £247 (£495); Jil Sander ski sweater, £925 (£1320); Thakoon red knit jacket, £308 (£440)
BOTTOM: 3.1 Phillip Lim blue sweater, £207 (£345); Sportmax peplum sweater, £115 (£192); Carven stripe sweater, £175 (£295)

Agreed. I loathe those Christmas sweaters. Mr TNMA bought me a lovely stripey Sonia Rykiel cashmere jumper for my birthday. Love it.

Yes, I can’t quite like those novelty Christmas jumpers. They’re the kind of thing that people will look back on and wonder what possessed them to wear them.
