It’s brillo. I wish there was more of it.
Once, I was walking through my small college town, and the guy from Simply Red went cruising through on a bike. His hair looked superb—curly. I’ll never forget it.

The first two are pretty cool but the third is my favorite haircut ever. I been trying to persuade my friend to cut it like that for ages but no luck
