I only disliked them when worn with miniskirts or sweatpants in warm weather. If people are really wearing them to ward off the cold, I can cope! I haven't worn them myself though. I'm scared if I tried them on I would love them and end up wearing them all the time.

Couldn't agree more! I don't even understand why you'd wear them in the snow…they're not waterproof! It's madness.
