Wednesday gigwatch #2
The support band were The Plastiscines, a quartet of heartbreakingly cool Parisienne babes – all heavy eyebrow-skimming fringes, super-skinny jeans and flippy floral frocks. The music isn’t quite there yet apart from their single, Loser, but they put on a great show. Again, good audience-watching including a bevvy of teenage beauties with Mandy Smith bouffant hair plus Pippa from The Shop At Maison Bertaux.

I’ve heard a few of their songs, and they’re not bad- though I do think they’d be cooler to watch live (good hair is something I never fail to be fascinated by)..

They look cool. I haven’t heard their music, but now I’ll seek it out. I’m so behind.

Was great gig wasn’t it?! Definately a “hair” band….wonder what they’d sound like recorded, they sounded fantastic live and I’m a sucker for a girl with a guitar!
