Tonne Goodman: Point of View
A really great book just came on my radar. Tonne Goodman has published her book, Tonne Goodman: Point of View, a 352-page visual memoir stuffed with brilliant pictures of her decades in fashion, including the years working alongside Diana Vreeland at the Costume Institute of the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
Tonne Goodman was discovered as a model by Vreeland and then later went on to be a longstanding Vogue fashion director, until very recently. And of course, you might also know her as the queen of classic (white) jeans and the ultimate Upper East Side tastemaker…
The book is published on 16th April (buy it here*) and you can get a sneak peek on Tonne’s Instagram.

Oh I must get this. I walked past Tonne Goodman on the street once (in NYC) and swooned. Love her!

I saw her outside the Dior show and gabbled to her, to ask if she’d be in my book. She must have thought ‘who’s this loon’!
