What’s new at Margaret Howell for AW16? Lots actually. Shirt collars are super-pointy, winter shorts are a thing, there’s a crepe-soled brogue, and orange is the colour – in raffish crumpled silk. I also love the floppy neck bows and the ankle-grazing trouser length. Can I add that I have one of those slim black leather belts and I wear it with everything. Gucci goals: what to steal from Gucci AW16 menswear

Haters gonna hate but I’m still loving Alessandro Michele’s Gucci.

There are some strong signatures coming through – the glamorous glasses, pyjama piping, ultra-fine suiting and semi-flared trousers, plus of course the gobstopper rings and reimagined loafers of every permutation. And for AW16 I love the high-crowned hats and leather bombers. (more…)
