Grensons for girls
Gentlemanly shoes continue to storm the international runways (hello Haider Ackermann) which means it’s a good time for Grenson to launch its first full womenswear line. Crucially, the women’s shoes take their lead from the men’s range, being only a whisker slimmer than the men’s lasts but essentially the same styles.
I had a nose at the AW11 collection a couple of weeks ago in the Spitalfields store (where I was also introduced to Jane Shepherson by The Women’s Room ladies but failed to realise who I was speaking to – whoops). My favourite Grensons were the jodhpur boots and the patent brogues. I love how the soles are really solid and substantial, you know these are absolutely made to last.
Not in London? Grenson has just landed at Mywardrobe.com. You can shop below…

The two tone ones are amazing! Perfect with skinny’s turned at the ankle… and my tweed boyfriend coat for the winter.

I saw the pic of the shoes and I melted. I’ve been dying to find the perfect brogues. Those are just about as perfect as they can get. xoxo
