Bruce Weber for Salvatore Ferragamo
I can’t tell you how much I’m liking these luxury brands eschewing the overplayed sex vixen advertising in lieu of something more portraity. One of my favourite portrait photographers, Bruce Weber has been called for photo duties on the Salvatore Ferragamo campaign and well, you can tell can’t you? Gorgeous natural beauty, outdoorsy pastoral location, cute animals, a humorous touch or two, all the Weber hallmarks are present and correct. Add in some older character models (Stella Tennant? Kirsten Owen? You are spoiling us!) and I’m totally sold.

Gah I love Bruce Weber – have you seen his Chet Baker documentary? It's beautiful from start to finish.
