It’s 11am on a blisteringly cold February Saturday. The roses outside our window are shivering in a London deluge, but we’re radiator-toasty and enjoying the scene in front of us. 16-year-old ballet student and model Frankie is balancing on one leg on a velvet sofa in oversized pinstripe trousers, a merino wool polo and socks. Is it just me or do other people ‘cluster’ certain types of beauty products? My weakness is cleansing balms, facial oils and hand creams. The facial oils in particular are hard to resist. It’s all about the aromatherapy for me, as facials oils are mostly an end of day pampering ritual and the scent adds to the winding down experience.

The latest in the DRG Petit Déjeuner film series, is a celebration of friendship and creativity.
As soon as I saw the Dior AW17 collection, I knew I wanted to shoot it. The regiment of girls all in blue, from work wear to embroidered taffeta, to a shimmering dégradé sequin gown, all topped with leather berets, was just too wonderful a vision to ignore.
While dove grey is the colour usually associated with Dior, navy blue was a lesser-known favourite of Monsieur Dior. (more…)
