Here’s the latest weekly DRG STYLE INDEX ranking, a round-up of the brands currently buzzing on my radar…
1. CHRISTMAS AT CRISTASEYA
If you’re in Paris today, you’re in luck. It’s the last day of the stupendous CristaSeya’s ‘Chritmas Corner’ at 7 rue Ambroise Thomas 75009 (by appointment firstname.lastname@example.org)…
2. KEJI COMES TO CLAPTON
…But if you’re in London, try this instead. Bad Denim is hosting a KEJI pop-up until December 3rd at 82 Lower Clapton Road, E5 0RN. One of those insidery, fashion editor-y denim brands (founder Katie used to work for Net-a-Porter), it’s less ubiquitous skinny jeans, more kimono, utility-style dressing.
3. ROBERT CLERGERIE HEARTS ROELS
Robert Clergerie is celebrating 35 years of shoe business with its classic Roel brogue in 35 varieties. Each one is jazzier than the last, my favourite is the tan three-tone version. (You can add initials to personalise at no extra cost.)
4. ODE TO OAD NEW YORK
Another day, another ace new handbag brand. Oad New York has been on my radar for a while, I like these structured Prism bags with their colour-pop palette and sensible pockets and card slots. Check their Instagram here and their site here.
5. VICTORIA BECKHAM BEAUTY EXPANDS
Estee Lauder sent me some of the Estee Lauder X Victoria Beckham products to try and they’re bloody brilliant! The line is almost sold out but Net-a-Porter still has a little stock (get the Chilean Sunset lippie – a bold wake-you-up red) and word on the grapevine is that further collections are coming.
