Blogger successes: Style Salvage, Susie Bubble, Fashion Foie Gras and Liberty London Girl

This has been quite the blogger achievement week. Yesterday saw the official on-sale date for the Six By 6 Bloggers shoe project with Farfetch (shout out to blog mates Style Salvage and Susie Bubble and blog acquaintance Face Hunter) while Wednesday was the launch of Emily Johnson’s Fashion Foie Gras For Coach blogger bag. The bag is really well thought out with a shoe section for flats (who hasn’t done the flats-to-heels switch at fashion week?), an unzippable iPad pochette ( for those ‘live-blogging’ urges) and even a secret camera pocket (for those stealth Tom Ford runway pics, of course).

Emily looked like all her Christmases had come at once at her very own launch party and who could blame her – check out the windows and giant mood board…

The Fashion Foie Gras bag (£495) is stocked in Coach’s flagship store in New Bond Street, W1.

As if that wasn’t exciting enough, the unstoppable Sasha Wilkins picked up the Blogger award for Liberty London Girl (one of the first blogs I ever read) at Red’s Hot Women Awards by Red Magazine, alongside Burberry’s Angela Ahrendts for Fashion, and Sky News’ Alex Crawford for Media. Big congratulations Sasha!

  1. Hurray for such fabulous female blogging peers! And oh so wonderful to see these marvellous women being recognised for that which they have worked so hard to build. Couldn’t be any more proud of Sasha and Emily!

  2. Thank you darling. Really it’s been a week for the unstoppable power of women, both extraordinary and ordinary. As Lauren Laverne said at the awards: the only glass ceiling we shld be discussing is the one in the hotel above us.

Here here! So proud and can’t believe how blogging has grown and developed. Excited for what the next five years will bring!
